Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside seeks a detail-oriented Grants & Foundations Coordinator to research, write, and manage 25-35 grant proposals annually. This role supports fundraising growth through grant prospecting, pipeline development, funder stewardship, compliance tracking, impact storytelling, and cross-department collaboration to advance affordable homeownership across our service area
