The Donor Engagement and Advising Manager drives philanthropic revenue for the Glazer Children’s Museum by securing individual and corporate donors, developing and maintaining donor relationships, managing donor stewardship, and coordinating donation appeals.

This position serves as a relationship-focused fundraiser who connects donors and corporate partners with the Museum’s mission, programs, and community impact while building a strong and sustainable philanthropic pipeline. Working in close partnership with the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Donor Engagement and Advising Manager ensures donor and corporate communications align with strategic fundraising priorities and the Museum’s brand.
