As we expand our programs and experience organizational growth, Ibis Healthcare Foundation is seeking a dynamic Director to lead key fundraising, communications, and community engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship centered professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing donor strategy with hands on execution.

The Director partners in donor development, managing a portfolio of supporters, and leads annual fundraising strategy, event execution, grant writing, and donor communications. This position plays a central role in cultivating philanthropic partnerships, elevating community visibility, and strengthening the organization’s fundraising infrastructure. The Director also supports board engagement and serves as a key liaison across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and donor stewardship.
