Special Projects Manager

We are looking for our next team member who wants to contribute to making a difference for students in Pinellas County. Our mission only happens when we have great talent working collaboratively. The Special Projects Manager supports the Foundation’s communications efforts while leading and coordinating cross-functional projects that advance the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. This role partners closely with internal department leaders, the school district, and external stakeholders to ensure projects drive results, are clearly communicated, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and organized project manager who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and supporting accountability across teams in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
