Salary Range: $54,683 to $101,712 annually

The Development Sr Specialist plans and carries out Identify, Engage and Cultivation activities, so as to maintain and develop the donation of funds and gifts for AdventHealth (AH) programs. The position focuses on hospital visits, initial telephone calls to secure appointments, and Identify and "Engage Stage Core Process" prospect meetings. This position prepares moves plans and coordinates Cultivation and Solicitation Stage activities for gifts targeted at less than $100,000.
